We often get asked why we don’t take reservations. The truth is, we want to keep things as honest and communal as the barbecue itself. Our space at the Container Park is all about the breeze, the vibes and spontaneity. Because our meats take half a day to prepare, we have a limited amount of "liquid gold" brisket every day. By sticking to a walk-in only policy, we ensure that:

  • It’s Fair: The early birds and the neighbours strolling by always get first dibs on the best cuts.

  • It’s Chill: You don’t have to worry about a rigid schedule. Just show up, grab a seat and enjoy.

  • The Quality Stays Peak: We focus 100% of our energy on the pit and our guests on the floor, not on managing a booking diary.
