We started The Smok Hous during Singapore’s COVID lockdown. A time when the F&B landscape was uncertain, yet filled with creative opportunity. While dining out was paused, we leaned into the rising demand for intimate, high-quality meals at home, especially among halal-conscious consumers who had few premium options.

What began as a humble private dining experience for smoked steaks quickly gained momentum, eventually giving rise to ASAP & Co., now recognised as one of Singapore’s top halal restaurants.

Even without a permanent storefront, The Smok Hous continues to thrive & appearing at major lifestyle events like GrillFest, Culture Cartel, Artbox, Wicked Wallop, and Sneaker Con, offering curated, crowd-pleasing smoked menus.

Beyond The Smok Hous, we’re part of the Straits Cattle Trading Company (SCTC) family — building concepts that bring good food to every table. From award-winning steaks at ASAP & Co., premium meats delivered with PASA, crispy potato goodness at RÖSTii, to bold bites with Anonymous Smok Burger — it all comes together under SCTC.
